"Up" 3 lbs this week. Not overly bummed as I've been resting my knee. I've been hovering around 190 for quite sometime. I'd sure like to finely reach (and stay) at the 180 mark. MRI tomorrow - then we'll see what direction I need to go from there.

I'm hurt. I can't run without causing pain in my right knee. I'm going to the doc soon and hoping it'll just be a matter of rest. I'm going nuts not being able to get out there.

April 3, 2006 I weighed in at around 245 lbs. That was the day I decided to do something about my health. The fact I've been so sucessful has a lot to do with the fact I haven't been focused on my weight. Weight is only a symptom of the problem, in my opinion, but the one most socially acknowledged. Since then I've lost 60 lbs (plus) but more importantly I no longer have to take any cholesterol or blood pressure meds. Weight is important, but only part of the equation. Remember than and you'll have a head start on most.
